Roscoe State Bank offers at no charge an ATM/Debit card to our customers as another convenient way to access your checking account.  Just come in to any of our branches and fill out a short application and you’ll have debit card privileges as well as access to the thousands of ATM’s in the STAR network.  Our debit cards are also part of the MasterCard network, giving you freedom to use your money anywhere MasterCard is accepted.
